Where do you start when building a big summit? I started in a google doc with a list of logistic notes from two other recent big events I’d done.

Like most big audacious - and therefore risky and vulnerable -  projects, I circled around the idea of hosting a summit for solopreneurs for months. Circulating the idea at networking events and chatting about it at other entrepreneurial programming I was attending and participating in.
